Hailo SMS Privacy Notice

Effective Date: August 18, 2026 · Issued by Hailo LLC, 25283 Cabot Rd, Ste 212, Laguna Hills, CA 92653

This notice describes the privacy practices of the Hailo text-messaging (SMS) program operated by Hailo LLC ("Hailo," "we," "us"). It supplements the full Hailo Privacy Policy, which governs everything else about how we handle personal information.

1. The messaging program

With your consent, Hailo sends text messages for care coordination, account management, and customer support — for example: one-time verification codes, confirmations and updates about a care request you submitted, appointment and scheduling details, account notifications, and replies from our support team.

2. How you opt in

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services.

3. What we collect for messaging, and how we use it

To operate the messaging program we collect your mobile phone number, your opt-in/consent record (the disclosure you saw, whether you agreed, and when), and the message history between you and Hailo. We use this information solely to send, deliver, document, and support the messages you signed up for, and to honor opt-outs.

4. No sharing of mobile information for marketing

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your mobile information is disclosed only to our telecommunications service provider (Twilio Inc.), acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you requested. If you submitted a care request, asked to be connected with a home care agency, and consented to be contacted, your consent record travels with your request to that one agency solely so it can respond to you — never for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Message frequency, rates, and carriers

6. Opting out and getting help

7. Everything else

Data retention, security, your privacy rights, and all other privacy practices are described in the full Hailo Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services is governed by our Terms of Service.
