Step by step
Open Messages
Choose Messages in the left menu. Switch between Caregivers and Clients and family, and search for a name.
Start a conversation
Choose New message and pick the person. Caregivers see your message in their Hailo app.
Send a Broadcast
Choose Broadcast to email or message many caregivers or clients at once, such as a schedule change or an office closure.
Keep it moving
Unread conversations are marked, and you can mark a conversation unread again to come back to it later.
