Licenses, CPR cards and TB tests expire. Hailo keeps every caregiver's dated credentials in one place, reminds people before they lapse, and warns your office when someone with an expired credential is booked.

What you’ll learn

  • Find expired, expiring and missing credentials
  • Update a caregiver's credentials from their profile
  • Catch upcoming shifts booked with an expired credential

Step by step

  1. Open Compliance

Go to Compliance in the office app. The cards at the top count who is compliant, expiring within 30 days, expired, missing a number and unverified. Choose a card to filter the list.

  2. Open a caregiver

Choose View on a row to open their profile. Add or renew certifications and health screenings on their Credentials tab, with the file attached.

  3. Watch for booked shifts

Schedules › Needs attention shows Expired credentials: caregivers booked on upcoming shifts whose credential will have expired by that day. Open the shift to reassign it, or the caregiver to update their record.

  4. Let Hailo send reminders

Caregivers get an email and app notification 30 days and 7 days before a credential expires and on the day it does. Owners and admins get an email too.

Try it in Hailo: open the office app and follow the steps above. You’ll be asked to sign in first if you aren’t already. Open Compliance
